1. Program Overview

The PermaChef Referral or Standard Affiliate Commission Program (the "Program") allows participants ("Affiliates") to earn a commission for referring new customers to PermaChef (the "merchant"). Affiliates will receive a commission for each qualified sale made by customers referred by them.

2. Enrollment

To enroll in the Program, participants must either create an account on Refersion and apply to join a PermaChef program or fill out the registration form provided directly from the merchant . By enrolling, Affiliates agree to comply with all Program policies and guidelines, i.e., these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility

The Program is open to all PermaChef customers who meet the following criteria:

• Must be a registered PermaChef customer in good standing.
• Must agree to abide by the Program's Terms & Conditions.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission for each qualified sale generated through their unique referral link or conversion trigger. The commission structure is as follows:

• Commision Percentage Affiliates will earn five percent (5.0%) of the qualified sale. 
• Payment Threshold: Affiliates must accrue a minimum of $25 in commissions before requesting a payout.
  
• Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, within 30 days after the end of each month.
  
• Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal or PermaChef Gift Card to the Affiliate's registered account on Refersion.
  
• Cookie Duration: The affiliate can earn a commission on a resulting purchase made by a new user on the PermaChef website within 90 days of clicking the referral link.
  
• Exclusions: Commissions will not be paid on sales of gift cards or discounted items. Additionally, customizing costs such as embroidery, screenprinting, and the like are not eligible for commission. Taxes and shipping costs are also excluded. .

5. Qualified Sales

Qualified sales are defined as purchases made by new customers who:

• Click on the Affiliate's unique referral link or use a conversion trigger linked to the Affiliate.
• Make a purchase on the PermaChef website within 90 days of clicking the link.
• Complete the purchase without returning the product for a refund.

It is the responsibility of the affiliate to report and pay taxes on their earnings.

7. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using spam or unsolicited email to promote PermaChef.
• Engaging in deceptive or misleading marketing practices.
• Violating any laws or regulations in their marketing efforts.
• Promoting controversial topics not related to the merchant. 

8. Termination

PermaChef reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by PermaChef, such as inactivity.

9. Modification of Terms

PermaChef reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Communication
